I was the first to post, so like you, I didn't want to be pushy. This time around I came in a bit later to post and so it was like I had a different role which was good for me as well. In the rankings I could have had you submit your individual rankings anonymously and then posted them at a certain time. That may have helped in avoiding anybody being influenced by someone else. This also happens face to face where people would have to work independently in their decisions before revealing what they think to be important. An avenue I just thought of to do this is to set up a form with each item and have you enter your rankings 1 to 12. Then upon a certain date I could have used a widget and brought the related Google Docs spreadsheet right into the wiki...geesh, I can't believe I didn't think of that!!!!! Then you could have taken a look at unbiased rankings and started negotiating from there. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nI feel that online, as in face to face, a leader is often going to come forward...however online it may be different than a person in a face to face situation, therefore giving someone who wouldn't normally take charge do so using this platform.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLots of cool ways to use the wiki and help out in the classroom. One way to use it is in collaborating with students in other classrooms, be they be in the same school or across the world...that's when these collaborative spaces get to be really cool!!","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]}],"more":false},"comments":[]},"http":{"code":200,"status":"OK"},"redirectUrl":null,"javascript":null,"notices":{"warning":[],"error":[],"info":[],"success":[]}}
